This morning the problems are still there.

I am unable to connect my phones to the server. Even, I can't modify my setting and best of all no access to the forum trough the usual link.

It seems that www5 had received some spells from a devil.

Please find a solution to our nightmare. I hope the disk replacement will help.

I will pay but remeber one thing:

2 monthes x9.95 + 10 days (9.95/3) is still more than 20 EUR.

You don't give me choice I pay and I wil remain unhappy. This system is unfair!

First of all 3 month remaining paid at 9.95 EUR is 29.85 EUR that is more than 20 EUR.

So how can I reactivate the account?

Is my account running until january 05?

Or should I have to pay now? and loosing 3 monthes? at wich price, the shops gives me only the 4.95 EUR price?

Hi,

this morning, I was making a payment with Paypal and I realised that my credit has been changed by the bank so I had to enter a new one and remove the one who was canceled by the bank. I did it not thinking of the consequences on your subscription.

Now I received a message saying that the account will be closed tomorrow. How can I reactivate the subscription without loosing the remaining time (subscription end normally on JAN05).

Thanks for your fast answer because I don't want to loose all the settings.

Same for me all my sofphones and attached phones are disconnected for the moment. My trunks seems to be OK.

I have open the web interface on the firewall. Email-me to have port number and IP address.

Yes we have 5 more SIP UA on our network and they are working well since the beginning.

I did the SIP port change and nothing new.

I then try to change registrar server and proxy server but proxy empty was not accepted. and with the www5 com server I had a connection error.

So nothing new in the sky.

I have just bought a Siemens Gigaset DE380 IP R phone.

My problem is that I can call somebody perfectly but I can't Answer phone calls even if the phone is ringing. If I answer the phone, on the other side it is continuing to ring and ends to the answering machine.

Hello,

I have a weird problem in our configuration.

It happens sometime but not everytime. When I make a call, I can't hear the ringing and when the other party answers the sound is OK.
But where it is a problem, when somebody else is in a phone call and I am trying to call someone, that person hears my ringing chopped with his conversation. The person outside the office doesn't hear the problem and evrything goes OK when my party answers.

For info we use the stun server of our provider.

Thanks but it didn't work with Weepee.

To Diafora:
The problem is that to landlines no CID visible and to Mobiles CID is +000000.
I have asked to weepee and there is their answer:

OK I will ask them for mobiles but the problem is the same to my landline.

Yesterday, it was working wel.

Today, no music. I try to reload the same MP3 file and I receive a bad format message. After a few retries, it says OK but the sound is awfull.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
I am using a SIP trunk from weepee but I can't send my CID when I call.

I have asked them how they handle the CID and they answered that:

I tryed various writings in the trunk and in the extensions with name or only number but when I call all my calls are anonymous.

Any idea?

edit 17 Jan 2009: Today I receive not anonymous but +000000 instead. Strange!
