Thread: RE: change of paypal account |
|
Hello
I need to change the trimestrial payment for my premium account to another paypal account. The last charge was on October 10, 2015 so paid until January 10, 2016.
If I add a new premium subscription to my account I will get charged of course immediately for another 3 months.
How do I change the paypal account so in january you use the new account and I don't pay double?
thanks
Jan

Thread: CTI functionality |
|
Hi,
Is there way to have CTI functionality with PBXES? We would like to see a callers information from a database when they are calling (based on CLIP).
There are several CTI clients for Asterisk but so far I could not find one which works with PBXES.
thanks

Thread: RE: Reason for Outage 17/07/2012 |

same problem here... even with paid support I got no answer so just cross your fingers someone is acutally aware of it.
Pbxes is not known for their excellent customer support. Their system is great (and actually the best there is at the moment), but it´s time they get some competition and one with professional customer support. I am more than willing to pay double, triple or whatever for the same product with better support.
outages like these are unacceptable! Especially if you can not reach anyone and they take down your business.
Hint to pbxes: our company performs both professional hosting in several datacenters as well as 1,2,3rd line helpdesk support for big companies...

Thread: RE: all extensions dead |

The backup system with 2 different accounts seems to cause problems with Budgetphone lines. In my test setup, I ran my own Asterisk in our datacenter and registered my budgetphonelines as trunks in both pbxes and my own server.
The result: budgetphone got confused, calls were ringing at extensions but voice did not come thru as they seemed to be routed to the wrong server.
I am not sure however if that will happen also if I use 2 budgetphones, altough I expect it to go wrong as there are 2 different IP's registered at that time at Budgetphone for the same incomingline and thus might cause problems according to budgetphone...

same here... down again.. some extensions work, some not. can not access the webinterface on www3 so no way to switch..
Looking seriously into another system, too bad, because I love the features and ease of use but unfortunately, IPtel seems not be be investing in getting the platform stable. Please, please communicate and try to solve the problems, if it means to double the price to invest in HW/SW do so, I'd rather pay double than lose my customers..

but... Submit & Start with or without changing the servers would yield the same I guess? Anyway, good to know..
But.. now www3 seems to be out again as I can not access the webinterface and the phones are not registered anymore (since 2 minutes or so)

H,
Thanks for solving the problem, however i tried sevaral times to save the settings and restart (I changed items on general settings and saved them, clicked the red bar) and I tried to move to another server. Everytime, I came back to www1...
Must be something else.
Anyway, works fine again so I'm happy

Thread: RE: down again.... |

i am still down.. switching to www4 reverts back to www1, status screen shows Error loading configuration file variables.txt?aldope=59102 and extensions do not register.
if in personal data I change form www1 to anything else, it does not save the change and stays on www1. Rebooting my Gigasets and grandstream give registration failed. I can not see the status screen anymore..
Please check if possible and any suggestions will be very welcome
also, my systemlog is totally empty...
thanks

www1 is totally down, all other servers have SIP problems... so far for redundancy again.. it's getting worse and worse, already 28 minutes down.
Does anyone know of a more reliable hosted voip exchange? price is not an issue as long as the uptime is 100% with real redundant network and hardware.
still down.. am i the only one experiencing this?? no status updates from pbxes, no twitter tweets about the outage?

Thread: RE: budgetphone.nl - trunks not connecting to extensions |
|
I tried www1,3,4,5 and all the same problem. The funny thing.. I just registered a new budgetphone number, and the forward trick works also on this one.
So (all numbers are budgetphone)
070-xxxxx016 -> pbxes NO SOUND but ringing and can answer
070-xxxxx005 -> pbxes NO SOUND but ringing and can answer
046-xxxxx605 -> pbxes works perfect
076-xxxxx823 -> pbxes works perfect
070-xxxxx016 -> budget forward to 046-xxxx605 -> pbxes works perfect
070-xxxxx016 -> budget forward to 076-xxxx823 -> pbxes works perfect
budget forward = forward in budgetphone web interface.
Budget is not answering for support, I have no idea why I can forward to another budgetnumer and then it works, all are registered in same way in pbxes.
The only common in the non working direct to PBXes is that they are in 070 region, the other 2 working fine are in 046 and 076
help!!

Thread: RE: budgetphone.nl - trunks not connecting to extensions |
|
Not sure why my initial post has been moved to providers, as it seems to be a probem with pbxes.
Our setup: 3 different numbers at budgetphone (xxx3005 xxx3016 and xxx 3605) 3005 and 3016 go to ringgroup 1, calls come in on ringgroup but we caller can not hear us and we can not hear caller.
According to budgetphone, lines are registered multiple times by pbxes??
the xxx3605 was routed directly to an extension, but routing to ringgroup works fine and all extensions can hear caller.
As a test I used budgetphone webinterface to divert all calls on the xxx3016 to the xxx3605 and linked the xxx3605 to the ringgroup and that works as well. for now (alhthough not a nice solution) we can at least hear the callers, but can someone in pbxes look into why this happens with the 2 lines??
Thanks

Thread: RE: budgetphone.nl - trunks not connecting to extensions |
|
Hi,
Since this morning our trunks seems not to connect to the extensions (ringgroup), it started with ringing but no voice either way, and now they just disconnect the caller immediatly. We have 3 trunks (all budgetphone.nl) with the same behaviour, re-created trunks, re-created inbound routes but every call to a trunk is disconnected immediately. All show the same trunk connected/disconnected in the log no matter which trunk is called. Extensions don't ring and the voicemail when unavail is not playing either on the ringgroup.
Budgetphone did some trunk de-registering/registering (according to them the same trunk was registered 4 times by pbxes), that solved for 1 call and then it started again, can someone please look into this or has ideas how to solve. already moved from www5 to www3 and www4 but same problem everywhere and sometimes the 'failed to pass IP ACL as 'admin'" error shows up as well.
best regards and thanks

Thread: RE: www5 extensions unregistered |

and here also... most extensions down again on www5. This starts to irritate, many outages in the last month, and the status page says all is OK.
maybe time to invest in either good hardware and redundant WORKING setups or someone capable managing a network.
Running a business on this voip platform is too unreliable, which is onfortunate as the idea behind hosted voip pbx is very nice, only the execution of it lacks professional quality.
If someone has a suggestion for another hosted voip provider with similar features I would be more than happy to hear from them

Thread: RE: call direct to voicemail instead of ringgroup |
|
it is solved, we had one extension removed from extensions (as not used anymore) but did not remove it from the ringgroup. strange enough, that makes that pbxesdirects all calls immediatly to voicemail.
We removed the same extension also from the ringgroup and all works OK.
