Thread: Problem with planetphone.net trunk |
|
Hi,
Planetphone.net trunk can't register most of the time.
Planetphone's support is asking me for IP to see what is wrong, is this ok?
I can register from a device at home, or soft phone, but not from pbxes.org
I checked userid, password, sip, etc. - they are the same.
The rates for mobile calls are very good, so I really like to have this trunk working
Update:
Part solution is to use other servers:
188.40.65.170 www1
76.191.104.53 www2
67.231.245.210 www4
124.35.3.68 www6
173.44.36.218 www7,
but I'm in Europe 88.198.69.250 www3
Why only 88.198.69.250 is not working with planetphone.net???
I don't want to use (if possible) other servers due to clock and schedule problems.
Planetphone admins told me that there is no block on their side and that they don't see request from 88.198.69.250

Thread: Can not register planetphone.net trunk |
|
Hi,
I tried every combination of trunk names, in order to register the trunk from planetphone.net. I tried the IP address (82.103.114.37), but no luck
Register string: userid:password@sip.planetphone.net/userid (I named the trunk with my USERID to do it)
PlanetPhone.net requirement for outbound:
username=userid
type=peer
qualify=yes
secret= password
nat=auto
insecure=very
host=sip.planetphone.net
fromuser=userid
fromdomain=sip.planetphone.net
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=from-trunk
disallow=all
allow=alaw&ulaw&GSM
inbound:
username=userid
type=user
secret=password
nat=auto
insecure=very
host=sip.planetphone.net
fromdomain=sip.planetphone.net
dtmfmode=rfc2833
disallow=all
context=from-pstn
allow=alaw&ulaw&GSM

No, no, the problem is that I got free instead of busy signal. Callback recognized the number and did call back, but not after busy signal.
The problem was the trunk I used to callback. Problem solved - now I can use the "turbosim" like sim card to call directly using callback

Although I mostly use callthru, I have tested callback in the past and it hang-up the call very fast. Do a Submit & Start on your account, and see if the issue remains. |

Still no luck. Free signal again

Hi,
I don't get busy signal on my callback, just signal and I have to close fast. Many times it is not working.
My setup:
Inbound route:
Caller ID: (one from the log - it is working)
callback: my cell number
Please any help?
