In the last couple of days I have noticed that I now receive more fast busy and "all circuits are busy now" I suspect this has to do with the rather delicate outbound routing, but I can not be sure. It seems that some calls do not get dialed out or connect as they should!
We have been getting this too over the last few days. We have simple outbound routing which has been working fine for a few months until last week when we started getting the all circuits are busy message.
no, it does not appear to be a problem with registration. Registreation on the PBX as well as the SER box providing the trunk show as registered.
I have seen (all with valid registrations):
Number dialed on trunk, shows on log of SER (or other provider ) that call is completed! PBX returns a busy tone
Numberdialed on trunk, may or may not show on log but "All Circuits are busy now" is returned to user.
Also , I have seen that all circuits are busy now returned when connecting to a non working number , when what the user should hear is the native recording.from the telco.
You lisen "All Circuits are busy now", when yoy tried to call from trunk sipnet.ru? If yes, call to sipnet.ru (technical support) & ask you log file for this call... I have problem with sipnet.ru, my trunk to sipnet.ru have username:2327107 pass:*****, server:sipnet.ru & in management portal I see always registred this trunk, BUT! I see my log for my call from this trunk to Moscow & I think, maybe I'am crazy?

How it posible?
I think, you have this problem to...
mypbx,
you are complaining that your logs show a different user name (1776219) on sipnet.ru than you entered (2327107). I suspect that the register attempts you found in your logs came from a different PBXes account (an account that is deleted now, maybe your second one?).
