www2 down again. No migration to www4 as yet. Please investigate asap.
Migration to backup servers happens 20 minutes after a failure is detected.

We cannot confirm another problem. What issues do you have with www2?
it just came back up (I presume you did a reset); when first reported, the site was down and not accessible.
i-p-tel, Should we quit using www2? Every single week it's down for one reason or another. Can you give us any metrics regarding uptime or number of outages for www2 vs www4? Thanks!
You can click on "Availability Report" at www.pbxes.org/status to find a comparison of availability numbers of all hosts.
The hard disk of www2 will now be replaced as well. Paid accounts will be moved to www4 as long as it takes.

www4 down??? switched to www5, no result lines down. switched to www3, still all lines down.... Please advice jan
