Is G729 licence required by CallThru feature?
As my account, only one Callthru could be placed at a time and I only have one G729 licence.

• Does your call require the G.729 codec?
• Is the G.729 Passthru activated in the General Settings of your account?

G729 is activated. I don't think the VOIP provider requires G729

Well, if your DID's ITSP doesn't require G.729 but supports G.711, and the ITSP for the outbound call doesn't require G.729 but supports G.711, then there is no need for using the G.729 codec at all.
