Hello. If I have multiple phone numbers attached to a Skype Connect SIP account, is there a way to know which of those numbers has been called and route the call accordingly ?
Say:
+1xxxxxxxx -> goes to ring group 'sales USA'
+44xxxxxxx -> goes to ring group 'sales UK'
+44yyyyyyy -> goes to voice menu
That would be very helpful. So far, I had to configure two different SIP accounts which is not optimal for both performance and cost.
This way, I can send the calls to the proper destination and prepend a string that can be read on the phone to know in advance who the call is for.
This is very useful for a call center scenario.
Moreover, I fear that sometimes the system gets confused with the two accounts registered on the same PBX.
